Kids Director

As a rKids Director, you’ll get to advance the gospel by overseeing the area that stewards our children and parents well at Renovation, including training volunteers to engage children in weekly rKids worship experiences and empowering parents to lead and grow their child’s faith at home.

 

responsibilities

  • You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the church, ensuring all rKids worship services are executed with excellence.

  • You’ll be a visible leader of Renovation Church, executing the vision of the church and rKids ministry.

  • You’ll oversee all rKids volunteer teams/functions including PCO, child baptisms, and dedications.

  • You’ll identify opportunities to regularly integrate rKids into every aspect of the church.

  • You’ll develop and implement an infrastructure of all communication systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for rKids.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Google Drive Suite
